Orders
Placing an order is very simple. Just follow 3 easy steps:

When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. It may take longer to complete the order, in which case we will keep you informed and available to provide updates on the order status. For more information, please refer to our Shipping and Returns section.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and going to the "My Orders" section. If you have not registered on the Tessitura Toscana Telerie website, you will receive a tracking email directly to follow the shipping status of your order.
I have just placed an order online, and I would like to modify it, what can I do?
Yes, you can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. We encourage you to contact us immediately to report it. Once canceled, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Shipping
I haven't received my order yet, how can I track it?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with an order summary. As soon as your package is entrusted to the courier, we will send you a second email with the tracking number and the direct link to follow the shipment in real-time.
You can monitor your order at any time:
- Via email – click on the tracking link received in the shipping email
- From your account – access the My Orders section and select the order you want to track
- Without an account – visit the
Track your order page and enter your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase
If after 48 business hours from the shipping email the link is not yet active, please contact us: we will be happy to help you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs may vary based on the items purchased, destination, and selected delivery service.
To find out the exact cost, add the products to your cart and enter the shipping address: the system will automatically calculate the amount.
For orders destined for Italy, shipping is free for purchases starting from €70.
Returns and refunds
How do I make a return?
With the Easy Return service, you can request and obtain return approval completely autonomously. Just access the dedicated "Easy Return" page, available in the website footer, and follow the simple guided procedure to complete the request.
To start, fill out the form by entering your order number or the shipping tracking number, both listed in the order confirmation email.
After entering these credentials, you will see if the purchased items are eligible for return and you can choose which ones to return within 14 days from the product's receipt date.
You can confirm or modify the address where the courier should pick up the package and its phone number, and you must indicate the number and weight of the packages (and include any notes for the courier).
Finally, you will have a summary of what you previously selected: all you have to do is click "Confirm Return" to generate this new shipment. Automatically, you will receive confirmation via email and the PDF label to print and attach to the package. Click here for easy returns.
When will I receive my refund after making a return?
After the return is received and verified by our team, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Times may vary based on your payment institution's procedures. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the amount has been refunded.
Payments
What payment methods are available on your website?
On our e-commerce, we accept several payment methods to ensure maximum convenience and security:
Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Other methods: Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Is it possible to use a prepaid card?
Yes, prepaid cards with the Visa, MasterCard logo are accepted.
How can I be sure my payment is protected?

Can I pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer?
At the moment, we do not offer cash on delivery or bank transfer services. Orders must be completed using the available payment methods.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Yes, of course. We currently offer the possibility of paying in installments on our e-commerce using the PayPal method.
Why was my payment declined?
If your payment was declined, it could be for various reasons:
- Insufficient funds on the card.
- Expired card or incorrect information.
- Bank security restrictions (in this case, contact your bank).
Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Immediately after completing the payment, you can request an invoice by writing directly to: support@ttt-firenze.it with the subject "Send me the invoice". You will then need to enter the necessary information. Following the order confirmation email, a new email will follow with the issuance of the tax invoice.

Do I need to register to purchase on the site?
