1. What payment methods are available on your website?

On our e-commerce, we accept several payment methods to ensure maximum convenience and security:

and other methods: Paypal, Applepay, V Pay, Googlepay.

2. Can I use a pre-paid card?

Yes, pre-paid cards with the Visa, MasterCard, or American Express logo are accepted.

3. How can I be sure that my payment is protected?

We have implemented the highest security standards, such as SSL encryption and the PCI-DSS protocol, to protect every transaction. In addition, PayPal offers an extra layer of security.

4. Can I pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer?

Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery or bank transfer services. Orders must be completed using the available payment methods.

5. Is it possible to pay in installments?

Yes, absolutely. We currently offer the option to pay in installments on our e-commerce using the PayPal method.

6. Why was my payment rejected?

If your payment was rejected, it could be for various reasons:

- Insufficient funds on the card

- Expired card or incorrect information

- Bank security restrictions (in this case, contact your bank)

7. Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Before completing the payment on the checkout page, you can request an invoice by sending an email to support@ttt-firenze.it with the subject: "Send me the invoice", and you will need to enter the necessary information. Following the order confirmation email, a new email will be sent with the tax invoice.
